Giraffe Serpent Stars make a striking addition to your tank with their distinctive patterning. Each varies in pattern and color. Serpent starfish are very hardy and excellent scavengers that are active mostly at night or after tank feeding, commonly snaking out a leg or two to grab passing food and pull it back into a crevice or cave they are living in. Like all starfish they should be slowly drip acclimated because they are very sensitive to salinity and water chemistry changes.
